These are the terms for using Jawla to generate and host property tours.
Jawla turns photos you take inside a property into a walkable 3D tour, and hosts that tour on a link you can share or embed in your listing. You supply the photos; we generate the rooms and host the result. An account is for someone marketing a property they have the right to market.
New accounts start with 3 free rooms. Beyond that, credits are prepaid: you buy a credit pack or a monthly plan, and one credit is consumed each time a room is generated.
If a room fails to generate, the credit is not spent — it's returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us for that to happen.
A published tour stays online for as long as your account is open. If your account is closed, its tours are taken offline.
A generated room is a visual aid, not a measurement. We don't warrant that a room's proportions, distances or layout in a tour match the real property — see the Disclosure page for what a tour can and can't be used for.
Jawla is provided as-is. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that every generation will succeed, or that a generated room is an accurate representation of the property.
We are not liable for a decision someone makes on the strength of a tour, for a deal that happens or doesn't, or for any indirect or consequential loss. In any event our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
None of this limits any liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms as Jawla changes. The version in effect is always the one on this page, dated below.
